Then I had a baby and am now working backwards in the fitness category. One day…

How I did it: Just a couple words at a time. We started with mealtime words like "more" and "all done". We are still using the signs at 18 months. Repetition, repetition, repetition. Read how I did it…
How I did it: We asked our pastor and set a date. Then just plunged. You know if you have accepted Jesus or not in your heart. This step just shows the world what you believe. Read how I did it…
I’m skeptical that it will come off by the end of December. But I’m trying. Working out and doing yoga once again is fabulous! It feels so good.
We also visit the ice cream place less often. Wonder if they miss us?!
Some people were born to teach. They are phenomenal teachers, can’t help but always be helping or teaching others. I’m not one of those people. I can barely show myself how to do things!
But recently I taught a make-n-take at a scrapbooking night at our church. It wasn’t a great deal of teaching, more like show them what to make and then assist. But I found that I LOVED doing it. I loved what the students created and how they found their own way through the project.
Since then, I’ve been inspired to take more classes myself and to find new projects to try out. I love learning new things… new “artsy” things. It’s keeping my hobby fresh.
So my new goal after completing “scrapbook more” is to share what I know with others. I am so pumped up about this hobby, this way of life… I want to help others who are seeking the same joy. Plus, teaching is a challenge for me, so why not go for it?
