Conceptually, stir-frying is easy. I want to learn how to do ad-hoc stir fry—learn what works well together, in what order to add certain types of foods, what marinades to work, etc.
So far, my stir-frying experience is pretty much limited to dumping in bags of pre-mixed veggies into a hot skillet.

A century is a 100 mile bike ride. A metric century is 100km, a noticibly easier feat.
Bicycle riding has woven itself in and out of my life since I was a kid. The single longest ride of my life is around 65 miles or so, done with almost no preparation (other than a healthy and active lifestyle).
A few years back I commuted to work every day on my bike and logged a couple thousand miles in a year, but that was just a handful of miles per day.
My bicycle has sat almost completely idle for the past two years, a trend I need to reverse. Some day I want to do that century; I’ve thought about it since I was perhaps 15 and have never done it.

There is someone in my life who has done something I am unable to forgive. I used to think forgiveness was easy because “it was in my nature”. I’ve since learned that true forgiveness, for something that truly needs to be forgiven, is tough.
