My best friend Jennifer and I walked to and from school everyday from Kindergarten through second grade (when I moved out of the neighborhood). We took our time, especially on the way home and sometimes got a talking too for dawdling too much. My favorite memories include the “E.T.” tree and being able to walk on top of the snow and singing “Believe it or not we’re walkin’ on air….”
