this isnt something i have a whole lot of control over unfortunately… during the track season, my hips went out of alignment and then consequently my knees did too. its all messed up and out of whack now. running and walking hurts sometimes and my knees are always cracking. its so frustrating :(:( i HATE IT. i really get better for the track season, and just so i dont have to deal with the discomfort on a day to day basis. PLEEEEEEEEEEEEASE GET BACK TO NORMAL!!!!!!!!!!
