ARGHHH I need to read more. It’s funny how I can pretty much finish a reasonable-length book in two days (reading maybe 3 hours per day) but I never do so. This is what you call “intellectually shooting yourself in the foot.”

-at least 2 copies of the Economist (and fully poring over them, not just a “oh i’ll just read the first few sentences” thing)

a little gutsy there, but i have so much free time at work that it would be positively insane if i didn’t finish all these books with time to spare for more. next month i will expand my horizons and move on to new territory, i.e. materials not related to social sciences.
