I have joined weight watchers,I have always associated veggies as being yucky, but once i started eating more fresh ones from the store , i realized how refreshing and crispy they were. O what i have been missing. I love fresh veggies.Sometimes i forget how good simple things really are.

I am my own worst critic

OK, I was the kid who got bullied on the playground and even though that was a ridiculously long time ago, and I should have gotten over it… I guess I still haven’t. I have made up my mind to forgive those people, and have said it out loud to myself, but the fact remains, even though I am not mad at them any more I am still emotionally scarred.
As a result: I am always afraid to speak up in social situations because I don’t want to sound stupid, although someone always brings up the point I wanted to say anyways. I carry around tons of anxiety when it comes to social situations . I have limited friends, and at times feel isolated
I am hard on myself,everyone that knows me can see that. I just want to work on being comfy in my own skin.



grow a garden
My first garden

I have recently taken my plants that i have started in the house and transplanted them out in my new garden space. I was lucky to borrow a tiller from my dad.My husband and i spent the better half of an afteroon arranging sticks around the perimeter in hopes to create a fence to deter any bunnies. As long as we do not have any more frost, things should go ok
