I made the choice almost 2 years ago not to eat meat. This was had as I am a chef by career. I still cook lots of meat dishes and cook them very well, but I always have my Excu. Chef taste these. Since I became a vegetarian my health has exceeded what I had expected.
As someone mentioned about getting your daily protein, remember that soy products, beans, legumes and vegetables all have a source of protein.
