How I did it: I've always been compassionate, and I'm becoming more and more compassionate all the time. I suppose it's a matter of putting yourself in the shoes of others, and doing your best to remember that we all deserve to be treated with the same basic human respect. How I did it: This is such a hard thing to say. I just sort of stopped. Every time I started trying to live up to someone else's expectation, I'd just remember that I'm an okay person and that it's not fair to do that, or to compare anybody to anybody else. How I did it: In my case, I just realised that every time I drank pop, I felt really sticky and gross. Caffeine has never affected me much, either. So one day I just stopped. I realise that it might not be so easy for you, so my advice would be to simply stop buying it for a few weeks and see how you feel. If you can't avoid it, simply do your best to abstain.
