How I did it: Drank loads of waterThe major change was encorporating 15 mins of cardio into my normal gym weight training regime.Training 5 days per week.Actually managed to loose the weight once I dropped eating 6 meals per day as per Body For Life programme. How I did it: Been to the gym 5 days this week, everytime before my workout I warm up on the rowing machine, typically 5 minutes but I decided to challenge myself this week, went up to 6 minutes, 7 minutes yesterday and finally 8 minutes today !
