master cleanse
10 day Master Cleanse 6 months ago

I’ve just begun a 10 day master cleanse.
Going to take a lot of willpower, but I think I can do it.
Only thing I am worried about is my teeth. I need to get some straws.

Getting there... 6 months ago

Alright… Making some progress on the longer hair front.
Now past the bottom of my ears, and nearly framing my whole face. Looks a lot better than before, i think. It gets in my eyes the odd time and irritates me, but other than that, I like it.

I can’t wait until it is long enough to start putting into a ponytail and keeping it out of my eyes.

The back is a lot longer than the side, and probably needs to be trimmed up nicely, but we all know you can’t trust people to “trim” your hair without butchering it, so I’m reluctant.



Enhance All 5 Senses

There are some really basic exercises to enhance sight.
Look into the Bates technique. It’s possible to regain and exceed 20/20 vision even if you’re wearing glasses (which actually damage your eyes further). I’ve been doing these exercises and my vision is actually improving (I am somewhat near-sighted).

To enhance my sense of smell, I’m eating 100% raw, organic food… Or at least that’s the goal. Probably about 90% in reality. I’ve seen a ton of reports that this gives you super sense and also improves sight and hearing, by freeing the body of toxins and giving it what it needs to be optimal.

For hearing, I’ll be adjusting my ears to detect and interpret faint sounds by gradually adjusting the volume level down on music and tv, giving my mind a chance to adapt. This seems to be working, but is a slow process.

Taste will be enhanced as sense of smell is enhanced… Eventually, I’ll have to quit smoking. Avoiding a lot of spices also makes your taste more sensitive to the subtle flavors of food, and causes readjustment.

Touch can be enhanced by amphetamines. I’ve found no natural way to do this yet, so am working on my own techniques, since I’m not into taking speed.
