I think meditation can be a bit of a trap. I’ve studied it and I’ve participated in it. I once believed it could bring one to a higher state of spiritual awareness. The only state I discovered through meditation was a state of nonexistence, and although interesting as an experience, I think one’s time is better spent in the world helping others and achieving one’s goals than sitting in quiet contemplation.
For me, anyway, I look at spirituality different now than I did when I was more interested in meditation. I think it’s something that is more active than passive, and meditation no longer is much interest to me.

How I did it: After trying various things, like Slimfast and fad diets, I finally found something that worked to get me off craving the bad junk food I had lived on so long, and being healthy.I went raw, eating just uncooked fruit and vegetables. I've lost a lot of weight and gained a lot of energy. It's been about a month now, but the differences were highly obvious just a week into it.I've actually been enjoying keeping my body free from all th… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Went to the one near Flint, Michigan (maybe this should have been the first clue). The costumes were pretty cool. If I went again, I would want to dress up, as well. It was really a case of the people who payed $35 to get in being the only real attraction. Other than that it was just stores trying to sell things everywhere. I thought there would be some cool items, but it was mostly junk you could find nearly anywhere (with the exce… Read how I did it…
How I did it: I began with two decks, both of which I list further down, and recommend to any student of tarot, new or otherwise. You can begin in a day. Don't get sidetracked and confused by "professional" dabblers. The best way to "learn tarot" is to "do tarot". I've been reading for myself and others on and off for nearly 10 years now. In that time my understanding of tarot has grown, but not so much from books, but from my own experiences with … Read how I did it…

Well, it was a lot easier than I expected. The forms didn’t take too long, and it was processed quickly. I’m glad I got it done because now I have greater freedom to travel.
I’ve just begun a 10 day master cleanse.
Going to take a lot of willpower, but I think I can do it.
Only thing I am worried about is my teeth. I need to get some straws.
