As seems to be the way I approach these sorts of goals – I think about them and make a bit of progress and then announce them to myself.
I know this is a small but important part of the endless disease cycle. You rub your eye, scratch your mouth and then…. hello virus! So I’m trying to be conscious about it and break the habit.

I have joined a book club now. Sarah, the nice mom of one of the chum’s buddies, invited me to join so I did. I’ve made one meeting and have all intention of continuing.
They read only “award-winning” books – a significant push for my lacking mental faculties but it’s exciting too.

The enticing wording of Stacey’s goal makes me reopen this goal rather than recrafting something new. Plus I’m trying to complete some on my given up on goals.
5 pounds puts me at 162.0 which is really doable and would be a nice point to push on from rather than digging out. So I’m almost well, I’m motivated. Let the mindful eating begin.
