What works for me may not work for you but i put a braclet on to remind me of what i don’t want to do. And if it’s something that i have to do every now and again i take it off to do it then put it back on. Like i wanted more self control on eating and other unhealthy stuff so when i eat i take my braclet off then brush my teeth then put it back on



Get down to 230 pounds

I’m glad to say i’m down to 230. Make small goals so thast when you reach them you feel good then. Soo my new goal is now get down to 220!
