Quit Smoking

I quit Feb 20th. At first I was using patches, then after 3 days decided to cold turkey it. WOW. It’s the hardest fricken thing I’ve ever done but by taking it MOMENT BY MOMENT, it’s working. It’s like fingernails on a chalkboard a lot of times and I’ve been a raving bitch for the first week…but with relationships still in tact I can say I am an ex-smoker. Breathe on….

Meditate more often

I meditate every day now, sometimes twice a day. I make it my top priority…even if I’m running late for work in the morning I meditate first. So what if I’m running 15 minutes late, I might as well be later and be balanced and happy the rest of the day!
