How I did it: I set my bed time for no later then 11, turned the tv off and put on classical so I didn't have to listen to silence. I refused any ideas of a nap during the day and i cut caffeine off at six pm. I still get really sluggish, but usually it's at the end of the day, when I should be tired :) Read how I did it…
How I did it: I went shopping. I color coordinated... I also went tanning and bought cute ankle bracelets :) I only ever hated wearing skirts because I couldnt move around as easily in them, that and I felt like I need to wear heels.
