Nothing gained, nothing lost. 2 years ago

Well, I certainly didnt get to my goal weight before Italy, and I was certain I gained a truckload over there, with all the Pizza and Pasta eating. Nope! Still tipping in at 126-ish. I am so glad I have not gained!

Now, I have to get serious. I dont look or feel healthy. 115 is the new goal, and it is entirely attainable.

Bring on the salads and treadmill!

What a great experience!
I have always wanted one, but didnt want to just sail into a parlor and choose a lame flower just because. I needed a reason.

After spending a month living in Florence, it was completely appropriate to get the crest of Florence tatooed on my pelvic region. Its lovely, and yes – it hurt. Anyone who tells you different is lying! Certinaly not unbearable, but definitely uncomfortable and deep burning, almost like an itch you cant scratch.

Would I do it again?!
Absolutely.
