I read on a killer website: “Whenever you use the Law of Attraction to escape something undesirable or get something you think will be better, it is doomed to failure” ... because you’re objecting to reality.

The site goes on to say that by accepting yourself and reality here and now is the missing piece of the attraction puzzle.

Since I’d really like to be making money as a photographer, and because I believe that would be a really killer profession, and it hasn’t happened yet, I’m assuming I’m having problems embracing my current reality.

it’s a great way to start building wealth, a great way to make some money … it’s also a great way to get in trouble really quick.

There is nothing like owning your own home. No more paying the landlord! Watch out for Adjustable Rate Mortgages (Not all ARMs are bad, just investigate). I like to calculate the house value by square feet of others in the same neighborhood but adjust the numbers DOWN if you’re looking at the largest home in the area. Even if you know how to fix stuff, it’s worth it to have someone inspect everything – plumbing, heating&air conditioning, electrical, etc.
