I did a fruit detox diet which had me really focus on the things that I put in my body. I am glad that I did this because it gave me a new out look on what I should be eating and how it does affect not only my body but mood as well. I am working on losing weight but this I didn’t expect to lose weight off of but motivated me that eating healthy and taking care of myself is good for me. So I encourage everyone out there to try this at least once.
