How I did it
It made me
proud, and fit. 
How I did it: Id never really cycled before, and i kept falling off the new big bike weighed down with panniers. But I got the hang of it soon enough. On the frist day we only managed 30k, the roads were really rough, but we started going roads along thside, and whist this was harder to navigate it was eaier on the bikes and we made greater progress. by the last day we cycled 130km Read how I did it…

How I did it: Well, initially i was training three or four times a week, but I got busy with uni work, and dishartedned by my lack of progress so I took a week off out of avoiding it, then got back into gearI ran 3 k left it a day and did the samedid the same with fourran four fives, and never had the time to run any longer and...I STILL managed to run all the way.I wouldnt recommend this because I pulled some bizzare muscles around ym knee and its onl… Read how I did it…

the creative… uh, i still have about sixty percent of he first draught to write!!! How dd this happen? i know th answer is fear: I would school anybody reading this, and myself to get the F on with stuff: panic will not help you.
