Food is such a weakness of mine, my love for the fast and the greasy is killing me. Put on a bit over Chinese New Year and then my parent’s anniversary and birthdays, then my birthday… Gah.
I know it’s excuses, but dieting down really sucks!
Trying really hard to stick with a sort of diet, but me being the non-planning kind of person, I keep falling off the wagon.
Gotta get down to 120 lbs by May, dieting down with my fighter boys, I’m currently 127.6. Oh shoot me.

Training Muay Thai when I can has really helped, am down a couple pounds. Now I’m just left with the last 5 pounds that refuse to budge no matter how hard I work.
Gotta tighten up the food end, that’s for sure.

Completely worth doing. It’s a heckuva workout, and even though it’s hardcore, it’s great especially for girls. Really pushes your physical and mental limits.
