I’ve personally found Firefox (and Phoenix before it) to be less stable than the slightly older version of Mozilla I’ve been using and the user interface seems different for no good reason, but I’ve been too lazy to change my default browser back to the old one so far. I’m sure Firefox is still better than Internet Explorer though at least.

Typing was about the most useful class I took in high school. Typing totally permeates my life now, it’s become as important as breathing or eating or driving.
I’ve attended GM’s “Auto Show In Motion” events (these are held all over the country each year and you basically get to test-drive a bunch of cars from both GM and the competition on an autocross-style course) and one similar invitation-only event for the newest generation Mercedes E-class, and gotten totally hooked on the idea of thrashing around in an empty parking lot.
For a “real” SCCA autocross, in my own car (currently a 1998 Saturn SL2, by the way), I would need a helmet and somewhere to put all the loose stuff that’s filling up my back seat and trunk that I currently don’t have room to put anywhere else.
Maybe some other more experienced autocrosser in the area would let me borrow or rent their car for an event, or at least ride along with them, in the meantime?
