finally. it took months but i can finally honestly say i am completely, 200% over him. i can look at him and just smile knowing that he wishes he wouldnt acted differently.
I just came back from Rome and it was so incredible! If you can, go to the Pantheon both during the day and at night. Its not too crowded at night. Just sit outside of it and you’ll feel so…small. And walk around Trestevere (the area of Rome on the other side of the Tiber.) Its a great area with the best gelato and the least amount of tourists. Eat gelato twice a day. Say Italian greetings to everyone, it gets to be really fun. People watching is great. Make sure you hit up Palatine hill too, the view is amazing. And right about Piazza de Popolo is a really nice veiw too. Get a couple of guidebooks and visit lots of stuff, besically its all interesting. I recommend getting “The Irreverent Guide to Rome” by Frommers, the Michilin guide (especially if you’re going to Vatican City as well) and “City Secrets Rome”...having all three was really helpful. And get yourself to Via Appia and rent a bike and ride it! It’s a nice break from the busy city and its stunning, Ahh Rome is just amazing!
