nothing so far today, except two diet pills and a swig of iced diet tea… lost another pound, as of… 5 minutes ago, that makes a total.. of like 12-13 pounds so far. then the gym tonight for a cardio workout :D maybe another .5 lb or so.. who knows.. okay thank you girls so much for the thinspo, kept me from eating any midday meals.. stay strong, love to you all.
ive lost about 12 pounds… depending on whats in my stomach and what i’m wearing… took about 2.5 weeks, with major workouts, lots of running… and i didn’t even fast or puke once..i’m very proud :D but to lose 25 more pounds by graduation i need to be more strict… oh well, i now am starting to get my body back, and my hip bones back.. 4-5lbs a week? sounds good to me =)
good luck ladies, if i can do it.. haha, anyone can do it. and i would recommend to anyone, diet pills… they are my life… i pop one any time my stomach hurts and growls and i get energy… just be careful, i get like a high and sometimes a headache…
