I’ve gone through the 8-week program proposed by the 8 Minute Meditation book. I’m now moving my daily meditation period from just before sleeping to just before waking up, and expanding it slowly from 8 minutes to 15 min, for now.
I’m very glad I started this, and I hope I’ll keep it up for the rest of my life.

Well, I’m doing at least half the goal on a daily basis. I’m not usually counting, but I’m happy enough that I’m actually drinking water constantly, as opposed to how it used to be (zero).
One decisive thing for that was our new refrigerator, wich pumps out the sacred liquid as in a water cooler. It may seem silly, but easy access to water helps A LOT, at least for me.
I was previously having some success with bottled water, but the fact that I producing all that plastic trash daily weighted on my conscience.
Now I can drink it freely, free of concerns and effort =D Let’s try and reach those utopic 2 liters now..

It really lets you see your life from a “greater plane”. Stating your ultimate goals and then breaking them down into visions, projects, and finally actions in an easy method is one hell of an accomplishment =D
It sure took a lot of my time this year, but I’m now finally settling for a system that works for me, I just love it! It can take long to really start flowing, just don’t give up!
But really, dragging around a notepad wherever you go is key. Being able to capture ideas and get things off your mind the moment they come at you is priceless, and then you have many, many ideas archived for future use.
“An idea can be dangerous when it’s the only one you have.”
Perfect!
And I just love having dozens of projects available for me to tackle, depending on outside opportunities/threats.
My weekly review is the weakest link right now, but I understand it’s purpose fully and am working on a proper fix for such leak.
The system doesn’t make you any mechanic. Rather, it takes the mechanized part of your thinking off your mind so you can focus on being creative for a change! And by implementing contexts designed for creativity boosting, you can really do a lot more freeform thinking all day long than you would normally!
All in all, totally worth it! Now you just wish your coworkers had read GTD too! :D
