I understand that self measuring methods for bfr are non-standart and even false most of the time, but as long as I stick with the same method, I will be able to see the increase/ decrease of my fat ratio.

How I did it: QUIT FACEBOOK. Visit at most 2-3 sites a day. read personal mails at most twice a day. A stupid but working tip: When fooling around, use the mouse with your recessive (left if you are right handed) hand. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I trained three times a week, aimed for a total number of non-consecutive push ups in one of the days, disregarding resting periods. On the second day I did "maximum number of push ups in one minute" workout for five rounds . rested 30 seconds between rounds. The third day of each week was my test day. I tried to increase total number of my consecutive push ups that day. Read how I did it…
How I did it: I took a trip beyond polar circle, and the sky was open so we saw them clearly. If it would be cloudy during our 6 days beyond polar circle, we would have no opputunity to see NLs. So there is always some risk of paying for the trip and missing the scene due to clouds. Read how I did it…

“I am an occasional drinker”. I have heard these words from many alcoholics. And as an occasional drinker, I am taking gap weeks in order to let my body and mind deal with alcohol.
I am hoping to gain
1-better performance while working out and will to workout
2-some saved money (I’ll use it for new year’s party, presents)
Halloween is coming, this will be the hardest day. I should find some ways to have fun when everybody beside me is drinking.
