First step completed. 4 months ago

So I did acutally manage to get to the Gym and work out this week (on top of doing some Wii Fit and attending Karate Training three times), and it felt great

So the next step is to go two times next week. My Monday night Karate session has been called by the instructor, so I’ll be off to the Gym then instead.

Need to get back on Track. 4 months ago

Right, I’m going to have another go at this. First part of the plan is;

I’m going to finish work early tomorrow (at 3) and head of to the Gym for the first time in months.

I would go today, but I’ve got Karate training later.

I've done it once 4 months ago

Yes, I managed to work up on time one day last week. Got up a whole two hours earlier than I normal get up and I got straight to work.

I’ve been back to my old habit of sleeping in since, but it’s a step in the right direct.
