Getting away from the Computer 1 month ago

I’ve stopped using the computer late at night (with the odd exception) so I have time to wind down before going to bed. This has helped with my sleeping and therefore it has been easier to get up on a morning.

I’m far from perfect, but I’m getting closer to getting up when I want to.

A little idea I had 1 month ago

I’ve set up a rule on my router that limits my allowed time on the internet, this means It doesn’t disturb me when I’m working on important task and help me focus on the internet based tasks as I know my time is limited.

First step completed. 8 months ago

So I did acutally manage to get to the Gym and work out this week (on top of doing some Wii Fit and attending Karate Training three times), and it felt great

So the next step is to go two times next week. My Monday night Karate session has been called by the instructor, so I’ll be off to the Gym then instead.
