I picked again… ugh.. why do I hate myself this much…
I need to count the days I don’t pick. I don’t know why it helps, but it does. I guess it makes me feel more motivated to quit.
(I’ll try again. Must quit this stupid habit.)
I did it again. It’s when I’m stressed out.
I guess it’s my form of stress relief—it doesn’t make sense to me either…why would you be relieved of stress by hurting yourself?
I wish I knew. Maybe if I exercise more it’ll help.
