I can’t seem to get out of the 150’s. I so desperately want out of the 150’s and into the 140’s. I can’t even remember the last time I was in the 140s, maybe 2-3 years ago?
Guess its time to look how to get passed a plateau and change up my routine.

Already passed the half way mark for my goal of days without soda.
I’m trying to figure out what I’m going to do once I reach 90 days without soda, how do I not go back to binging on 2 litres of soda a day? Do I let myself occasionally have a soda, like at a restaurant and then ask for water? Do I not even start drinking it again and just keep going strong? Or do I limit myself to an amount each week or each week?
Also I keep having soda dreams. Its soo freaky how I wake up and think I had a soda. At least I know I’m not sleep walking and drinking soda, because I made sure there has been none in the house…until I woke up today and saw a 2 litre of Dr. Pepper in the fridge, which oddly happens to be the soda I drink in my dreams, when in reality, I prefer coca cola over dr. pepper.
I’m not going to mark this as complete yet. I’ve done this before, last time I made it 33 days without soda, then fell back into drinking soda like crazy again.
This time my goal is 90 days and then to be able to not start back up again.
I’ve already had 2 soda dreams, that had me waking up thinking I actually had a soda, good thing I keep soda out of the house and I’m not sleep walking to the fridge!
68 days left to my goal!
