Retire from work and travel.
I turn 60 this year 2 weeks ago

I would like to retire from work and do something crazy with my wife. Like ride our bikes from Illinois to the Gulf of Mexico along the Mississippi River Trail. If we wait too long I would have to live with what I could have done.



Get rid of the junk I have been keeping (read all 6 entries…)
We moved to Little Rock one year ago. 3 weeks ago

We kept our house in northern Arkansas, and most of my “stuff” is still there. It is surprising to say that I do not miss the vast majority of those things. “If you have not used it in a year, get ride of it,” should be my new motto:-)

We take a series of rectification test at work each year. I was one of five people, out of 130, who failed at my first attempt. I need not go into all of the reasons that this happened, but it did happen. I passed on the second attempt, but this was a real lesson in humility.
