My wife, a friend, and I rode in the Big Dam Bridge 100, this weekend. I got some bike shoes for my 60’th birthday and was not used to them, so when I made a tight turn I tried to slip my foot out of the, now nonexistent clip, and fell. Otherwise we had a wonderful time.

but I just don’t do it. I am basicly a shy person, specially when meeting new people. I noticed last night that when I was introduced to someone new I was all smiles and “how do you do’s” but a moment later I could not remember there name. If I wish to meet this goal I need to lighten up and remember to do those things that I need to do to remember names.
We are getting excited about 1) taking a vacation in September and doing some bike riding in Mississippi, 2) taking the MRT in five years!
