and i’m just wondering if I have to eat you know? I eat one meal a day anyway, is that good enough or do I have to have more?

long time no talk. 2 years ago

how’s everyone? i’m doing okay. gaining weight, but only because of muscle. i’ve been eating one meal a day and drinking lots of green tea and water! i think things are starting to actually work ever since i’ve had more confidence in myself! right now i’m really focusing on my thighs so i’ve started doing windsor pilates in the morning and after school :D

so much leg muscle. i’ve been doing squats and lunges and cardio and crunches and my legs have been sore for days. but whats with the leg muscle? aren’t your legs supposed to get thinner? i’m so confused. I really don’t want bulky muscle…I was trying to get thin thighs not even bigger ones…
