Being in a relationship requires dedication, love, and even a little work. My significant other and I have been together two years, and it’s a growing process. We give, we take, and we love.
I see areas where I can work on my part in our relationship. I’m hardly perfect. Overall, I would say I have a great relationship, but I think keeping it that way requires maintenance. :)

...because there are always areas I can improve on. Examples:
1. Balancing the need for a stable workforce with my desire to “save” all of my employees.
2. Not taking the easy way out.
3. Finding the best equilibrium between “friend” and “manager.”
4. Being always consistent.

1. Days of freedom from work, allowing me to take a deep breath and get a break from the daily dramatics of my staff.
2. Chris’s cooking.
