I had forgotten for many years that I’ve always wanted to be able to do a head/handstand. Then we tried inversion poses in yoga class yesterday, and my passion was rekindled! After several very uneventful tries, I have finally mastered the tripod version of the headstand, with knees on elbows—also called a frog stand, maybe?? Anyway, I love it! I’m very proud already, but would still love to be able to extend my legs up and do a full-on headstand. New goal! =) Also, I’ve posted a picture of the version that I CAN do now… yay!

My last bowling goal was to finally, FINALLY bowl 100+. After I just BARELY achieved that goal (bowled a 102), I went bowling a couple weeks later… and out of 7 games, SIX of them were over 100!!! Not to mention, my high score was a wonderful 144, so now I have to reach the magic 150. New bowl goal! =)))
I am doing very well! Admittedly it has only been a few months since I got my really bad sunburn and decided to make this goal, but regardless—I’ve been going on bike rides with my boyfriend and wear sunscreen every time (which I didn’t do before)! I’ve had probably 3 or 4 really bad burns in my life and don’t want ANY more! I am being good! =)
