Oh yea ..... 30minutes..

So I have been taking this very slow but today I actaully did 30 minutes of running. SO proud of myself. I honestly don’t think I could have done this when I was in high school.

Anyway .. I stared week 9 early and will run it out the 3 days then I will start wroking on doing 3 miles in that 30 minutes. Right now Im just over 2.5 miles.

Slacking

OK so i haven’t ran in a few weeks simply because i was on vacation all lst week and this week I have a killer Sinus Infection. So I will redo week 5 probably starting again friday if I can breath better.

Week 5 is hard

So I have been able to do the first 2 days of week five but i think i have a mental block when in comes to running that last day (20min with no walking). But I will keep trying until I accomplish it, no matter how long it takes.

I bought some new running shoes finally. I think that may help out alot. I have only ran one day with them so far.
