My class sucks BIG time! 2 years ago

My pole class has become SO popular that we have too many students for the one pole we use and the instructor doesn’t want us to fix and use the second pole we have because she can’t watch us on two poles.
Whatever…
I left pole class last tuesday before it started after seeing the 14 girls in that tiny room. Michelle says she’ll be adding a few more classes on in July and an intermediate class, which would be PERFECT for me.
Until then, I am seeking other venues for practice, like parks,
Playgrounds, my fencpost in my basement, and a new studio that teaches Pole/strip/cardio. ugh.
I really just want the pole part, but maybe I will LOVE the strip part. I’m willing to try it!

145 again today 2 years ago

I didn’t gain any, so that’s good. (I had two extra beers last night!)
Today I have had 800 calories so far. I know I am gonna have a big glass of red wine when I get home, so that’s about 1050 calories. I am on my way to skate practice, though, so I better skate HARD to burn the calories!
I wanna wake up at 144 tomorrow!

Well, this morning I weigh in 3 lbs lighter. I am 145lbs.
A pound a day. “too fast” everyone says. “you’ll gain it all back”. Whatever…At least I’m finally losing it, and that’s better than not losing it at all. Even temporary weight loss is better than just being fat all the time. I don’t buy into any dieting strategies I have ever heard or read or tried so far.
I have done Atkins and all related diets, Low Fat diets, high fiber diets, lentil and cabbage diets, fruit diets, tiny meals all day…It all boils down to this for me. I have to take in 900 calories or less a day to lose weight – and THAT is ONLY if I am working out 30minutes or more a day at hard pace.

Without working out, I need to take in 600 calories.
SO, this week, I have been averageing 800 calories a day and anywhere from 30 minutes to one hour of steady cardio and/or weights. This is my diet for this week.
One piece of fruit for breakfast.(50-80 calories)
One piece of (different) fruit for lunch.(50-80 calories)
One vegan burrito for dinner.(300 calories)
2 glasses of wine before bed. (300 calories)
Yesterday, I cheated and had about 200 calories of a gourmet vegan chocolate bar. So, 1000 calories yesterday.
I just ate my morning bannana and will be STARVING for lunch, and then STARVING for dinner. Then I will roller skate for two hours, then have wine and go to bed. My game plan this week (and the next and the next)?
STAY HUNGRY! No, I don’t think I’m crazy. bodybuilders use this strategy all the time. So do models. Most people just won’t admit it because of societal pressure. God! I’m ranting! blah blah blah…! Ah well, I am happy with my recent, small, weight loss and hope to lose 3 more pounds this week.
