How I did it: Finally managed to get a convenient appointment and gave blood this afternoon. WIll go regularly from now on! How I did it: Ok, this may not be for everyone, but I used a meal replacement system - The Cambridge Diet. With loads of weight to lose, losing a pound or so a week just didn't provide enough motivation, so I took th drastic option and I've dropped 25 pounds in 5 weeks.
