The whole house is being remodelled, so I have been ruthless and cleared loads of stuff out. Currently on second skip, plus numerous trips to dump / stuff listed on Freegle! Feels good to have got rid of so much clutter.

How I did it: Finally managed to get a convenient appointment and gave blood this afternoon. WIll go regularly from now on! How I did it: Ok, this may not be for everyone, but I used a meal replacement system - The Cambridge Diet. With loads of weight to lose, losing a pound or so a week just didn't provide enough motivation, so I took th drastic option and I've dropped 25 pounds in 5 weeks. When I was at school I always wanted to be a teacher, but at 16 the lure of money was greater than the lure of studying so I went out to work. Now I am working towards my degree and will be applying for teacher training in the autumn.
