How I did it: I tend to be a little negative, so I really wanted to think more positively and improve all areas of my life. I read 'The Sercet' and watched the DVD too. I practiced visualizing how I wanted my day to go and quite often, it turned out how I had envisioned. I feel that the law of attraction also helped me to lose 30 pounds in 2 months and to succeed in school. How I did it: I bought a sheet of black poster board at a craft store and found motivational images in magazines and online.
