Challenge myself
and you’ll have a beautiful tattoo. always withdraw the idea if u feel a ping of discomfort or “wrongness” in getting the design done.
had my first game and enjoyed it. now do I start investing in some guns and clothing gear? and get my stamina up perhaps.
this is a nice site to start :)

it’s important to customize with our own needs too.
I started making a pack today with a backpack that I haven’t used for a while. Have some canned food. stationery. emergency contact numbers. money (coins), medicine, rope, matches, rubber band, lollies (lol.. ), towel, tape,
What I still need to put in it:
water, scissors/knife, torch, map?, extra phone charged and credited?, cups?, water disinfectant?,
What I need to figure out:
porportions (how long will things in x amount last me)
I wanna build up my own stamina. I’ve been walking. fast walking. but not running much yet.
any good techniques to share?
got a friend to teach me! way better for a first lesson than any book. learn faster this way as he caught my little silly habits that is stopping me from getting clear sound.
Lessons:
1) curve fingers
2) press string close to metal “lines” on neck.
been going well. How to do it?
1) when u think of someone you want to thank, pull out some writing paper/email.
2) write as genuine as possible from heart
3) send letter! :D
I still have more to go. will keep writing as it comes to mind.
went driving today :)
the more practice, the smoother I get.
need to improve on guarding the brakes and also, parking properly without bumping into other cars.
An empty carpark with imaginary cars and a person who gives helpful feedback as you drive is useful I find in gaining more confidence as the practice goes on.
so… start with 3 things:
1) drink more water
2) wash my face when I get up and before I go to bed
3) face mask and exfoliate weekly
this goal is worth doing because it helps me be aware of what i’m eating. The occassional sugar bringe is ok with me. I’m not staying off sugar for the rest of my life, just keeping an eye on the amount I’m taking in :)
