This is easier then all my other goals. I thought it would be kinda difficult, not because I drink alot or anything but because of the social aspects. Holidays (not like Christmas but like memorial day, stuff like that), barbecues (when everyone has a beer) or on a friday to unwind (a glass of wine). This is not that bad if I just handle my feelings, and just be myself. I think people drink at gatherings to loosen up (if not then oh well that is my opinion). But its way easier to just go and not drink, I do not embarass myself and I am able to have a decent conversation. I like not drinking better.

How I did it: I was using the patch and then one day I just decided to take it off. Prayer and just finding something else to do when I did want a cigarette helped alot. And hey if you get mad I guess you get mad...DON'T SMOKE...even one, it will just lead to 20 eventually. Read how I did it…
How I did it: All my husband wants from me is to be happy and nice. When I became more happy and confident I was able to make my husband happier because I was a much nicer person. I worked on ME. Once I had ME all set (or on the right track I guess I should say...cuz I ain't done yet!) then it was easier to think about his needs, to compliment him, to cook for him regularly etc. Read how I did it…
