when i lose this 30# this year – my gift to myself will be to get the tattoo on my back “fixed” – embellished, its really boring and plain. I want something elaborate.
I’ve been trying to complete a workshop after my daily meditation much like the ones in “Ask and it is Given”. I also have a “magic box” which is really an expanding folder with a notebook. I do believe that the universe works this way and I have manifested things already – albeit small things.
I believe that sweating is detoxifying – I would like to use it in the morning before I shower.
