i’ve been working out nearly every day, and i average somewhere between 17 and 21 miles a week, walking at a fast pace. i started to even run a little while on the treadmill the other day during a workout, which felt great. also, i am starting to lift heavier amounts of weight at the gym. i’ve been doing curls/situps regularly for the first time in my life. i haven’t really lost weight. one or two pounds seem to go up and down. but, i look different in the mirror…starting to see some definition where there was none.
so, this is going well. and next, i would like to bump up the miles to an average of 21-28 miles a week, which would be 3-4 miles per day generally. opposed to my current 1-3 mile average. i want to do more situps, and spend more time with the weights at the gym…on upper body toning.
