This will probably take years. Or I need to find some herbs that grow well in an apartment or dorm room.
I’ve been making a pot of tea every morning – which is about 6 cups of water. Once I make the pot I just make sure it gets finished: take it to-go in a thermos, drink with breakfast and while I’m getting ready, re-heat as necessary. I’ve had two days now going through a whole pot of tea. I also only buy teas that I really know I’ll like, teas that make me happy. I like fruity herbal and green teas. :)
