It’s hard work, since there’s so much crap out there that is readily and easily available. However, with dedication and determination, it’s completely possible! And once you establish habits, it becomes pretty easy.
I figure that fitting into a smaller size of pants is much more worth it than that sugary, calorie-ridden ice cream sundae. And it feels a lot better.
