so far, i have exercised twice this week: once on the treadmill & weights and once in a yoga class. AND, it’s ONLY wednesday! :)
i have been on a detox diet for three weeks and have been almost sugar free! i notice that when i put it back in, i have a “food coma” and get emotional. interesting!
