So even after how motivated I was yesterday I had a 800 calorie binge at 3 in the morning…(after finding out that my dad filed for divorce though..even though thats not really an excuse) but I am trying to incorporate that into my daily calories today. I wasn’t hungry for breakfast (after 800 calories I would hope not haha) and I am going to have a small, healthy lunch and dinner.

1. lose weight
Today is Monday, and I’m getting back on track. It’s been 1 month and 3 weeks since I last posted on here, and I haven’t gotten anywhere since then.
I gained 1.5 lbs last week from eating like crap ALL week. There is no excuse. No more of that. I am going to get to my goal weight once and for all. Spring break is in 3 weeks.
Today’s intake: 1150 calories
So my last post on here was 2 months from today. I am now down to 111.6 lbs! just a few more to go then I will be at my goal weight :D
