I made a switch to a diet richer in veggies, fruits, and whole grains about six months ago. Since then, I’ve lost 20 pounds with no effort, people tell me my skin glows, and a I have lots of energy.

I did my first 5k in December 2004 and want to work my way up to a 10k now. Sadly though, my body is definitely happier sprinting than running long distances.
