I caught up with 4 mates from school last sunday night and would like to try and maintain friendships with, realistically 2 or maybe 3 of them. This could be tricky as they all have kids now so have their hands full and arranging a meeting tends to take weeks of organisation, (which i am not used to) but i will give it a go.

How I did it: We had to sacrifice a lot of weekends out partying, to dvd's and pizzas at home, or friends around for poker and video games. It was hard at first but now i really enjoy staying in and going around to friends places rather than out. We have friends who are also either looking for a place to buy or saving up for holidays etc, so we are really lucky. My flexibility is getting better due to all the stretching i do after running – i havent been actively practising the splits yet as i just want to increase my ‘flexy-ness’ first. I think it will be my right leg first, then my left…i am really not sure if banana splits are a possibility….we’ll see.
one week and no flirting…and i have had plenty of opportunity too. I think this will be easier than i thought. I will give it a couple more weeks before i mark it as done.
