speak Italian
Untitled 12 months ago

Picked it up in college, sort of on a whim. Now that I live in Texas I wish I had taken Spanish but learning Italian is just one of those things that is fun enough, useful enough, and obviously pays dividends if you end up in Italy. Especially if you are an art fan. Knowledge of Italian truly unlocks the cultural treasures.

Much easier if you already speak another romance language. I would have had a much harder time if I hadn’t taken high school French.

Get a tattoo
Untitled 12 months ago

I purposely waited until I was 25 to get one. I first wanted one at 19, but knew that what I thought was cool then wouldn’t fly down the road – glad I realized that, instead of getting a giant Egyptian symbol on the inside of my bicep.

My first tat was on the front/outside of my thigh, about 8 inches up from the kneecap. That was the one place that I could live with it for the rest of my life if I didn’t like it anymore and that I would want to keep it if I did. My right leg is going to be a flash collection, and the rest of my body will be intentional art.

get to an advanced level of mountain biking

I can handle the intermediate stuff no problem; I want to be able to pull off trials-difficulty moves.
