Gina Gaudio-Graves has challenged Group 6 and Group 7 to follow her magic 6 step formula, at the end of the 6 weeks she wants to determine if we have met our goals.

With her magic formula there is no reason why we shouldn’t have made an income in our online business’.

October 3, 2008 - My Gratitude About Life 13 months ago

Today I am grateful for the following things:

- My daughter is doing well in school and is quitting smoking

- We finally were able to buy some building materials to finish the room in our house.

- Last night we were invited to a supper meeting to be apart of my niece joining the armed forces which is a passion of hers.

- I woke up today and enjoyed another day on earth with my family

- I actually witnessed strangers helping each other out at a time of need

Daily Reflection - Hour of Power with Music 14 months ago

Every day I wake up and get out and go for a walk. While on my walk I go through a process which I learned from Tony Robbins, which was “Hour Of Power”.

The idea is to take at least an hour a day to yourself and be grateful for the things that have come into your life and be grateful for the things you want to come into your life as if you already have them. This really is powerful and at first I thought “Yeah Right” but since I paid for the CD’s I thought it was best to give it a shot. I have no regrets, in fact it is now such a habit that if I miss one day I am out of sync with myself.

Moving and breathing, Being Grateful, Seeing your day as great along with background music is so powerful, you can’t help but to feel juiced for the day. What a Great Feeling!

Being grateful everyday with emotion will give you such a great feeling, that when you are faced with adversity in your life, you will overcome that adversity in such a different manner you will surprise yourself. This type of exercise changes your way of thinking, your way of responding for the better.

I am a huge believer in music as a tool to help your mind and body heal. It is the one thing I have experienced first hand and will continue to use for the rest of my life. I choose my music carefully as it is no different than conversation. My conversation needs to stay upbeat and so does my music as I have no room for negative thoughts in my life.

Now one thing I never would have seen myself listening to is Mozart or Beethoven but I have to tell you it is very therapeutic music. So much that I am shocked at the healing power this music has – this music along with being grateful has massive results in a very positive way on the state of mind.

As they say “Don’t knock it until you try it.” :)
