spend less than 10 dollars a day on avg. for a month

listening to this louise hay recording. and she suggests that this lady can go a whole month on 5 dollars. and it got me thinkin. how i allot my money. and the term allowance as opposed to budget!!! woah. total law of attraction aha moment. i usually write down what i spend my money on each day to track it. but now instead i was going to give myself a daily allowance of 30 bucks to live comfortably after all bills have been paid. as my money for food, gas, movies, entertainment, beauty, etc… alot started happening when i realized the allowance thing. i found a dollar bill on the floor…than a couple weeks later i found a 20 on the floor. than i got a rebate for soemthing for 25 dollars from years ago. than i found 385 dollars cash in a parking lot, than i won 100 dollars at the auto show.
lets see what magic happens this month!

losing weight is a state of mind! 1000 percent.
i am losing weight so easily and effortlessly. i am on the love and forgiveness diet and it is really changing my life.
i went shopping last weekend with friends. they were buying i was just looking…so for fun i decided to try on some jeans. and every store we went to the jeans were too big and i had to go down a size. but i thought somestores do that trick where they make a size 8 girl think they are a size 6 through certain cuts of jeans. but when i got to nordstrom and tried on a pair of jeans i know for sure ive never been able to get into and i jsut slid them on!!! THIS has never happened to me in my life. i ve never been the girl who just wakes up and goes oh did i lose weight? hmm look at that!? noooo i have been a calorie counting no carb eatin work out maniac queen. but now i am chaning. ive been changing my beliefs about myself and they are working. try telling yourself some of the following…even if it doesnt feel true at the beginning. it will come true! i promise!!

Oh it works. it really works…im down to a size 6 and going to drop another 10 pounds very quickly and easily.
