I want to commit two hours everyday to working on that never ending to do list: cleaning, de-cluttering, homework, etc. I have done well and made the essential appointments this month: orthodonist, dentist, eye doctor, regular doctor. Trust me, I had been putting off doing all those appointments for a while.

How I did it: I you'st to run fairly regularly a few years ago, running 20-30km a week. When I started college I got super stressed and for some reason I completely stopped running. Since then I have gained a lot of weight, and I was kind of scared to start running again. I guess because of crappy cardiovascular condition, and I'm a little worried about the stress on my joints since I am so overweight. So after working out regularly fo… Read how I did it…
How I did it: Well, I ate in moderation, and was a little more careful with my food choices. As for exercise I did what I've already been doing which is fairly active, hiking, gym, walking. Read how I did it…
Slowly but surely the pounds are coming off. I could eat healthier, and exercise more, but I’m heading in the right direction. I have now made it past the half way mark for this goal, 26 pounds!

I don’t know why, but for some reason while I’ve been trying to focus on overall health and trying to get fit, however I have seemed to have neglected the fact that I struggle almost daily with binge eating. Why do I have trouble controlling my weight? Well, the answer is binge eating of course. Why do I not exercise sometimes when I know I should, because I choose to sit at home get lonely and start a binge. It’s aweful whenever life doesn’t go the way I want it too, I get stressed, anxious, and I start binging.
It’s great to know that other people struggle with the same problem as myself, because sometimes I feel so alone and ashamed about this part of myself. I want to change it, I want to be in control of what I eat. I want to overcome this challenge in my life. I also plan on recording all binges, and celebrating healthy binge free days!
