I found this site useful and thought others might too. There are lots of good introductory lessons that explain basic concepts and grammar really clearly.
Im still learning some of the more advanced stuff but this gave me a great head start.
Best of luck with learning Turkish.

I chose a language that not many people from outside of Turkey use. Its a language that is very difficult and very different to European lanaguages.
My wife actually didnt help me very much and so I had to rely on other sources… childrens books, movies and a very good website called Turkish Learning – www.turkishlearning.com
I can read and write very well now but still struggle with the speed of the speach sometimes. Accents from different parts of the country are also very difficult making it harder to understand sometimes. My advice… if you want to learn another language just get out there and do it.
